Tracking Recertification Credits in Recert Application

1 The first step is to open Track Recertification Credits under your tasks on left.

2 Click to download the excel template if you'd like to track on your own before transferring all information.

3 Scroll down and begin to enter information about each activity. The first is the name of the activity.

4 Continue to enter information about the activity.

Step 4 image

5 Scroll right and select the type of activity.

Step 5 image

6 Scroll right and enter the earned CE credits for the activity.

Step 6 image

7 Scroll up and select the Domain the activity most relates to.

Select what the activity content relates to in the Exam Content Outline.

8 Scroll right and click to add additional information.

9 Continue with more activities.

10 Scroll down and click Save & Continue Editing

11 It will tell you there is an error unless you've entered the entire table. That is OK, it will save the information and you can come back to complete it all before you submit.

12 If you are ready to submit, ensure you have at least 36 credits tallied at the bottom.

Scroll down and click " Mark as complete."
